Fly high!

The fable portrays how the school system must function in order to address the diversity in school. As mentioned in the fable different animals had their own strength and weaknesses. Thus,there is an urgent need of a system that is accountable to the needs of the students. In the story,different animals had their own strength but rather the school authority forced them to work more on the areas in which they didn't had any interest. Thus,the school authority must be accountable to the needs of the students. In a classroom, there are numerous students who come from different background,culture and family thus,it is the mutual responsibility of the teachers to bring them together and embrace the differences among them. The students must be monitored and th weaknesses must be improved along with their strength being practiced on regular basis. Also,the students facing emotional and psychological difficulties must be addressed with care and sympathy. Thus,there must be a practice of 'inclusive classroom' where every student must feel free to express themselves and thus,enhance their skill in various fields. This leads to diversification in potential and skills among the students, thus,leading to overall development of the students.
